PUPR Wins Most Ministry of Land BMN Certification Award

Jakarta - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) received an award in the category of Ministries / Institutions with the highest level of State Property Certification (BMN) in the form of land from the Ministry of Finance (Ministry of Finance). The award was received by the Secretary General of the Ministry of PUPR Anita Firmanti, which was handed over by Deputy Minister of Finance Mardiasmo, at the 72nd Oeang Day Seminar, in Jakarta, Wednesday, (10/31/18).
PUPR Secretary General Anita Firmanti expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the award given by the Ministry of Finance, and will be a trigger to continue to improve the quality of BMN management in the Ministry of PUPR.
More than 40% of BMN values in the 2016 Audited Central Government Financial Statements (LKPP) have been recorded and managed well by the Ministry of PUPR. "This is part of the hard work done by the Ministry of PUPR which will continue to be improved to realize better BMN management going forward," said PUPR Secretary General Anita Firmanti.
One of the efforts made in improving land certification is by giving certificates for each land asset owned by the Ministry of PUPR. "Therefore, this is a difficult and very challenging job for the Ministry of PUPR," said Secretary General of PUPR Anita.
This award for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing is a form of stakeholder collaboration between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry / Institution that continues to provide support for policies issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Head of the Bureau of State Property Management and Procurement Services Budi Setiawan said in the land certification, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Works collaborated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Spatial Planning through the Government Land Assets Management Information System (SIMANTAP) program. From the allocation of 5,000 certificates to the Ministry / Institution per year, the number of parcels of land proposed by the Ministry of PUPR and issuance of certificates reached more than 3,000 parcels of land.
For information, specifically for land and bridge certificates for roads and bridges, the Directorate General (DG) of DGH since 2016 to the end of October 2018 has submitted more than 7,000 land certificates to the Secretariat General of the Ministry of PUPR. This year alone, 2,959 certificates of land and bridges were handed over through the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Highways.
Whereas in 2016 and 2017, there were 3,162 certificates and 1,775 certificates, respectively. In the remaining time of this year, the Secretariat General of Highways plans to give up 2,088 other certificates to the General Secretariat.
In the event the Ministry of Finance also gave awards to the Ministries / Institutions for various other categories.
