Jakarta - Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono inaugurated 127 officials for Middle, Primary, Administrator and Functional Offices within the Ministry of PUPR, Friday (7/20/2018), at the Auditorium of the PUPR Ministry. Inaugurated Officials consist of 7 Intermediate High Officers (echelon I), 22 Primary High Officials (echelon II.a), 7 High Officials Technical Implementation Unit (II.b), 66 Administrator Officers (echelon III.a) and 16 Officials Administrators (echelon III.b), and 9 functional officials.

 Seven Senior Officials (echelon I) who were appointed were Ir. Widiarto, as Inspector General replaces Dr. Rildo Ananda Anwar, SH, MM, Ir. Hari Suprayogi, M.Eng as Director General of Water Resources replaces Ir. Imam Santoso, MSc, Ir. Sugiyartanto, MT as Director General of Highways replaced Ir. Arie Setiadi Moerwanto, MSc, Dr. Ir. Danis Hidayat Sumadilaga, M. Eng.Sc as Director General of Cipta Karya replaces Ir. Sri Hartoyo, Dipl, SE, ME, Ir. Hadi Sucahyono, MPP, Ph.D as Head of the Regional Infrastructure Development Agency (BPIW) replaces Ir. Lana Winayanti, MCP who previously served as Plt. Head of BPIW.

 Besides that, Ir. Achmad Gani Ghazali Akman, M.Eng.Sc as the Expert Staff for Development Integration, replaces Ir. Adang Saf Ahmad, CES and Ir. Lukman Hakim, M.Sc as Expert Staff for Technology, Industry and the Environment replaces Ir. Khalawi AH. M.Sc, MM.

 Minister Basuki in his directive said the change of officials was a necessity and part of an organizational refreshment aimed at further strengthening and enhancing organizational performance. "Our job is to work and work harder. In 2019 we will get a greater mandate. In the Cabinet Meeting, the Minister of Finance said that the renovation and construction of educational infrastructure (schools) and markets will be carried out by the Ministry of PUPR. This additional task is a trust of the Ministry of PUPR as a result of the performance of the ladies and gentlemen, "explained Minister Basuki.

 Another mandate is for officials at the Ministry of PUPR to submit a Report on the State's Assets (LHKPN) to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). "Officials who have not submitted their LHKPN will not sign all the documents (Position Certificate). Convey the LHKPN because it is our obligation, "concluded Minister Basuki.

On the same day after the inauguration and handover of positions (sertijab) by the Minister of PUPR, the Director General of Highways and the ranks and officials who have been appointed to hand over positions within the Directorate General of Highways. Director General of Highways Sugiyartanto witnessed the handover of positions between old officials and newly appointed officials in the Directorate General of Highways.

 The positions handed over in the Directorate General of Highways consist of Primary Officials (echelon II.a) Namely Director of Road Development Ir. Achmad Herry Marzuki, CES, Director of Road Preservation Ir. Atyanto Busono, MT, Director of Urban Freeway and Regional Road Facilitation Dr. Ir. Hedy Rahadian, M.Sc. The Primary Official of the Technical Implementation Unit (II.b), namely the Head of the Palembang V National Road Implementation Center, Ir. KGS Saiful Anwar, MT, Head of Jakarta National Road Implementation Center VI Ir. Hari Suko, M.Eng.Sc and Head of the Center for Implementation of the National Road VII Semarang Ir. Akhmad Cahyadi, M.Eng.SC and 25 Administrator Officers (echelon III.a) which included the Head of Padang National Road Implementation Agency III Ir. H. Aidil Fiqri, MT, Head of the X Kupang National Road Implementation Office Dr. Ir. Muktar Napitupulu, M.Sc, Head of the Palu XIV National Road Implementation Office Ir. A. Satriyo Utomo, M.Eng.Sc, Head of the Manado XV National Road Implementation Office Dr. Ir. Triono Junoasmono, MT.

In his remarks, Sugiyartanto congratulated officials who had been appointed. Appointment and inauguration of structural officials is something that is natural and always happens in an organization.
