As a form of support for the sea toll program that aims to connect the major ports in the archipelago, DGH supports the construction of access roads to the harbor, 1Km road development plan with 4 lanes currently still constrained without land being free for road construction The planned cost to be spent on building this access road is approximately 19.4 billion.

In addition the DGH also supports the construction of an airport without Padang Mamuju to promote tourism in West Sulawesi where many beautiful prehistoric sites and beaches, the Padang-Padang airport is building new terminals and runway extensions and DGH supports in terms of road infrastructure where building an access road to the new terminal with a length of approximately 1.5 Km where in the access road there is a bridge along the 40 meters and plans to build a road with 4 lanes.

The access road without the Padang airport cannot be worked on because the physical construction is the same as the construction of the harbor access strip, namely on land acquisition which is still an obstacle, the process of land acquisition is still being carried out until now.

"For 2019, there will be an increase in the budget to Rp. 303.4 billion consisting of 20 packages. Meanwhile, the package for the construction of the Padang Padang access road and the Belang-Belang Port has not yet been contracted due to land constraints, "said Miftahul Munir.
