Statistical Analysis of Extreme Live Load Effects on Indonesian Bridges

This study uses one year of B-WIM data from the Pawiro Baru Bridge in Central Java to model live load effects on simply supported beam bridges, finding that actual traffic loads are lower on average than SNI 1725 2016 design values but still offering useful data for reliability-based bridge evaluation in Indonesia.

A New Model for Dynamic Amplification Factor from B-WIM Data in Indonesia

Analyzing data from ten Indonesian B-WIM systems, this study finds that heavier vehicles produce lower Dynamic Amplification Factors and proposes a new, more accurate gross-vehicle-weight-based DAF model to improve bridge design standards.
