Information on the Deactivation of the Jurnal Jalan Jembatan Portal

In line with the Digital Transformation as per Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018, detailed by Ministerial Regulation PUPR No. 27 of 2020 on the Implementation of Electronic-Based Government Systems, the Directorate General of Highways (DJBM) - Ministry of PUPR has accelerated the migration of several information system databases from local servers (on-premise) to cloud-based servers at the National Data Center (PDN). One of the information systems included in this migration is the Jurnal Jalan Jembatan portal, which is part of the DJBM website (binamarga.pu.go.id).

However, in February 2023, the DJBM website portal was subjected to a security breach. Consequently, the Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) of PUPR shut down all websites with the domain and subdomains of binamarga.pu.go.id for investigation before reactivation. During the investigation, it was found that specific data was missing from the Jurnal Jalan Jembatan subdomain, including issues from Volume 38 No. 1 (January - June 2021) to Volume 39 No. 2 (July - December 2022). Additionally, the publication for Volume 40 No. 1 (January - June) is also unavailable due to the journal portal being offline.

Given the circumstances, we kindly request your understanding regarding the deactivation of the portal and the loss of data within our system, particularly concerning the reaccreditation process of Jurnal Jalan Jembatan.
