Abstract
Penggunaan pondasi tiang pancang secara pemancangan dinamis dapat mempengaruhi kondisi tanah sekitar lokasi pemancangan, seperti terhadap parameter - parameter tanah antara lain tekanan air pori, kuat geser tanah, konsolidasi serta perpindahan ( penyembulan ) tanah yang dapat masuk pada kontruksi disekitar lokasi pemancangan. Besarnya kerusakan yang terjadi sangat tergantungg pada jenis tanah, diameter tiang dan jenis tiang itu sendiri. Besarnya perpindahan tanah ataupun penurunan karena konsolidasi dapat dihitung secara pendekatan matematis disertai pengujian laboratorium.
