Penelitian nilai waktu pada laporan ini menjelaskan bagaimana merumuskan nilai waktu kendaraan di jalan arteri primer antar kota dalam bentuk nilai moneter untuk jenis kendaraan sepeda motor dan kendaraan tidak bermotor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai waktu untuk sepeda motor sebesar Rp. 2,632 per jam, dan untuk kendaraan tidak bermotor sebesar 3,030 per jam. (TLL 116)
