Data base system for road accidents in Indonesia, called Triple L system (meaning: processing, accident, traffic) as one of technology for analysing accident data needs to be improved for anticipating the development of transportation technology and information system. The development of road safety technology is also to develop the appropriate method for identifying accident characteristics and investigating blackspot. Activities in this study cover monitor Trople L system, improvemnet accident data, development of location coding of accidents, interpretation of statistics, and identification blackspot.
