Jembatan Integral - Efek Perubahan Temperatur Terhadap Gerakan Muai Susut Jembatan Integral (Effects of Temperature Changes Against Expansion and Contraction of Integral Bridging)



In the conventional bridge, the movement of expansion or contraction due to temperature changes are generally accomodated by the expansion joint and beraing, so as not to cause movement ot the abutment. But on integral bridges, where there are no expansion joint and bearingresullted in expansion and contraction that causes tension in the abutment. The problem is the main issue on the integral bridege system. This paper aims to bridge movement with climatic conditions in Indonesia. Lateral stress on the abutment caused by the temperature depends on the coefficient of thermal expansion. Analysis of the effect of temperature changes on the movement bridge expansion and contraction are made on the bridge tukad Cucukan. Temperature measurements are carried out on the concrete floor bridge. From the presented data can be taken the minimum and maximum temperature values. The resulting amount of movement in the longitudinal derection of the bridge due to expansion and contraction, were compared with several studies that have been done. (Rak 3)
