This work present the main types and features of rigid and flexible pavements built over Brazilian bridges and viaducts as well as stresses and strains developed on them according to Legal Brazilian Load. In this paper, it is shown a special report about binding layers between rigid pavement and its special foundation . It is also discussed on Brazilian bridges, why preference for flexible pavement instead of rigid ones when it is constructed on Brazilian bridges and viaducts. Finally, it is included and discussed a report about the main defects observed in Brazilian Pavement over Bridges and Viaducts Cases
