Studies on the Key Technologies for Underground Construction of High-Speed Rail Station Design



Using the practice of Ningbo high-speed railway station transportation hub as an example, we studied and reported on the key technologies for the construction of an urban railway transportation hub that integrated the functionalities and structures of a railway, subway, city bus, and taxi stations for traffic and passenger transportation. Specifically, we first studied the impact of deep foundation pit excavation on the normal operation of existing train line and corresponding protection plans. We also carried out force analyses and foundation subsidence coupling studies for the co-construction structure of the railway station building and the subway system at Ningbo station. Finally, we explored the informatics control of an underground engineering project. Based on our technical studies and analyses, we proposed targeted project designs, which contributed substantially to the success of the construction of Ningbo high-speed railway station.
