 <note>An asphalt material resilient modulus (M) pilot study was undertaken in SHRP-LTPP program to provide proof testing of the specified test equipment, confirmation of testing protocols, and to generate data useful in identifying essential test requirements (e.g., evaluation of temperature, load axes, and rest periods).
