  <title>Proceedings Geotechnical Aspects of Underground Construction in Soft Ground</title>

 <note>In this paper, based on in-situ observation data, using the relationship between ground deformation at the TBM passing and construction data such as cutting face pressures or backfill pressures, the factors of ground deformation at the TBM passing are analyzed and the loading model inFEM analysis with consideration of constructions is studied. The results reveal that at the front side of the TBM, the cutting face pressure greatly influences on the ground deformation, andat the backside of the TBM, the backfull pressure. They also reveal that defining the dffferential pressure acting on the ground and the initia stress as the loading condition made it possible to evaluate the actual ground deformation more precisely.&#13;
