 <note>Toll roads have contributed in serving the community , monitoring and analysis of vertical and horizontal deformation are required , they are  affected by the increasing amount of traffic volume , exceeded capacity of truck load , pavement due to chemical reactions , and inspection and maintenance that does not meet the standard(unspecified inspection and maintenance).The main purpose of monitoring is to improve the safety of life cycle performance and increase the priority of the road structures and road maintenance planning .In this study IFSAR and ASTER imagery are used as part of the data to complete the medical examination methodsof  toll road , there is a difference in the time to acquire the two images, so from this study, it can be obtained the dimensional reconstructed roads that include landscapes , wide , free space , the curvature geometric horizontal and vertical alignments , the original ground surface height , maximum slope and elevation of the road in centimeter accuracy. Measurements with IFSAR and ASTER can be done in a certain density and temporal frequency in accordance with the target function of health -related risks roads .&#13;
