 <note>The Jeokgeum bridge is a suspension bridge with 850 m main span, a concrete pylon and stiffening girders. the completed bridge will support 2 motorway lanes. However, its girder design is generally considered for  the future extension to 4 lanes due to  increasing traffic. The diameter of its cables is 491mm, consist of 380 bundles of parallel wires and 19 strands, the hight of pylon will be 137,8m. Its span- length-to width ratio of 43.15, which constitutes an important wind design parameter, is the fifth largest ratio compared with the world's largest one of Huga Kusten Bridge (ratio of 55).
